The DSI Water Blending System helps maximize yields, provides flexibility, and improves product quality for mineral, enhanced, and flavored water.
Fully Automatic Operation
Automatic process valves are used for batching and beverage blending and prevent incorrect operation of the equipment. Set up time is reduced because swing jumpers are not required for CIP connections. The system automatically switches batch tanks when one tank runs empty. Automatic balancing of CIP flow rates prevents tank flooding.
Control System
The control system allows salts stream adjustment to target precise product total dissolved solids (TDS). Color operator interface provides P&ID type graphics and intuitive operation. Full batch and CIP reports with printer. Conductivity measurement is specifically designed for ultra-pure water and provides precise and reliable measurement. Variable batch sizes or user-defined product recipes are easily selected.
CIP Flexibility
Individual CIP and rinse capability of batch tanks means flexible scheduling. The system allows CIP of one batch tank without the blending or filling system. This allows the previous run tank to be sanitized while in production. One batch tank can also be used for CIP while the other tank is running. This allows salts solution to be held over in the tank while the other tank is used for CIP.
Self-Contained Clean In Place System
An external CIP source is not needed.

All systems are pre-tested at our facility prior to shipment which guarantees a quality product from the start. Piping and process are designed for no-waste and high ingredient yields.
