Transfer panels are a low cost alternative to routing valves and where atmospheric breaks are a must. DSI panels feature non-galling, I-line connections. (Other fittings are available upon request.) Using I-line fittings means that DSI constructs our panels to a higher fabrication tolerance, minimizing the potential for jumper misalignment.
We can install butterfly valves, pressure bleeds on U-bends, and hidden water-proof proximity switches. Panels are made with or without a catch tray. Swivel jumpers are also available. We provide EPDM gaskets, but Viton, Buna and Teflon are also available options.
All DSI Transfer Panels are framed using polished T304 or T316 stainless steel. All of our panels are water-jet or laser cut.
We offer standard panel configuration designs with three, four, and five ports, but also design completely custom transfer panels. Check out a panel from 2009 with 311 ports!
