That's right. In the B2B world, there aren't a lot of gift-with-purchase offers, but DSI Process Systems is providing a Free iPad to customers who order a Blenzer. The Blenzer line is designed to maximize yields, have no-dump start ups, and be as user-friendly as possible. Providing an iPad is one more way DSI Process Systems is making our blending system integrate smoothly with your production system.
The iPad will come loaded with training, troubleshooting and critical documents customized for your Blenzer.
- Training videos will refresh a fully trained operator how to get through a process.
- Troubleshooting guides include alarm descriptions with functions and troubleshooting techniques for each.
- Documentation includes the operation manual, recommended spare parts list, process flow diagram and skid mechanical drawings. DSI Process Systems "all-hours" support phone numbers will also be provided.
"The convenience of having all of this information in one place is great," said Greg Collier, project manager for DSI. "Making that information portable gives blender operators answers while working at the blending system's HMI. That's real convenience, and real efficiency."

The iPad will have blender operation manuals pre-loaded.

Many times drum unloading pumps are built to deal with highly viscous ingredients such as frozen fruit concentrates and thick tomato pastes. But what about clear juices, sauces, fragrance and fluid dairy products?
Standard's 8100 Series Ultra Flow Drum Pump is engineered to transfer these low viscosity food products, pharmaceutical ingredients and personal care solutions from drums, kettles, and ToteTanksĀ® . The pumps' wetted surfaces are constructed with FDA complaint materials (stainless steel and Teflon) which provides an ideal solution for sanitary applications. Plus, disassembly is fast and easy--a complete disassembly can be done in less than four minutes.
