Free machining variation of 304. Corrosion resistant to most food and cleaners.

304
Excellent resistance to a wide range of foods and solutions used for cleaning.

304L
Low carbon variation of 304. This grade avoids harmful carbide precipitation during welding.

316
Better corrosion and pitting resistance due to added molybdenum. Higher strength at elevated temperatures. A low-carbon version is also available.
